Terms and Conditions of Service

This Website and App are operated by Bondio Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (company number 14844858), with its registered office address at Founders Factory (Level 7), Arundel Street Building, 2 Arundel Street, 180 Strand, London, United Kingdom, WC2R 3DA (“Bondio”, “we” or “us”).


The following Terms and Conditions of Service (the “General Terms”) shall apply to all services rendered by Bondio, in connection with the prepaid eSIM reselling. The General Terms are available at https://www.bondio.co/terms-and-conditions. We cannot provide an eSIM or any data to you until you have agreed to the General Terms. Please read these General Terms carefully, and if you wish to proceed click the 'ACCEPT' button. Once accepted these General Terms will form the contract between us and you.

1. Definition and Interpretation

The following definitions shall apply in these General Terms.

"Account" means a Customer’s account registered with Bondio;

"App" means the Bondio app;

Bondio”, “we” or “us” means Bondio Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (company number 14844858), with its registered office address at Founders Factory (Level 7), Arundel Street Building, 2 Arundel Street, 180 Strand, London, United Kingdom, WC2R 3DA;

"Bondio Service” means any service or services provided by or on behalf of, or resold by, Bondio;

"Customer" or “you” means you, a customer of Bondio;

"eSIM" means an electronic SIM card, being a form of SIM card which consists of software that is embedded directly into a mobile device;

"Fees" means the fees payable for the eSIM and/or data, as the case may be;

"General Terms" means these General Terms of Service, available at https://www.bondio.co/terms-and-conditions;

"Website" means the Bondio website at www.bondio.co and any sub-domains.

2. Description of Services: eSIM Reselling

Bondio resells prepaid eSIMs.The Customer registers and buys eSIM cards on our Website and/or App. Our payments are operated by Stripe (https://stripe.com).


  1. Your eSIM service
    You accept this agreement when you buy your eSIM and/or install it on in your phone and use it.Your eSIM will be available indefinitely and any data purchased will be available until it has all been used, unless you breach the General Terms.You are responsible for anyone who uses your eSIM service or any of your data.Tethering (personal hotspot ) is supported.If you use the Bondio Service to access the internet we accept no responsibility for any content or services you access. The eSIM data packages from Bondio are offered “as is”, and no further modifications or customization can be made based on individual requests once purchased.It is only possible to obtain the Bondio Services if your device is eSIM compatible and/or network-unlocked. 


  2. Registration for using Bondio

    The Customer must register an Account with Bondio and accept the General Terms in order to use the Bondio Service. In order to register, you will need to provide us with the following information:first name;last name;physical address;billing address; andemail address.


  3. Purchases of eSIM & Data

    You will immediately see any eSIM which you have purchased from us under the "Plans" tab on the App. You will receive a confirmation email after any purchase. All the information for installing the eSIM will be available on your Account.You have the right to ask for a refund or eSIM-replacement if the eSIM you purchase cannot be installed and/or used due to a technical problem which is Bondio’s fault.


  4. Bondio Obligations

    Bondio shall use reasonable endeavours to provide Customer quality service. However, Bondio does not guarantee that the Bondio Service will be uninterrupted, provided on time, safe and/or fault-free.


  5. Customer Obligations

    In using the Bondio Service, the Customer must not engage in any action that:

    1. is abusive, illegal or fraudulent; 

    2. is a nuisance or related to criminal activities;

    3. brings Bondio or any supplier of the Bondio Service into disrepute;

    4. causes any network or services provided by Bondio to be impaired or damaged;

    5. adversely impacts the service to our other customers.


      You must only use mobile equipment which is legally approved for connection to the network. You may not use more than 5GB of Bondio data per day. If you use 5GB in any individual day, then your data will be throttled for the remainder of that day.You must not re-sell to anyone else any part of the Bondio Service. You must only use the Bondio Service for private, personal and legitimate business purposes. You must not use, or allow anyone else to use, the Bondio Service for call forwarding services, concurrent calling, paging services, call centre or analogous services and onward calling services, or to contact numbers that pay a revenue share. Avoid making unusually high volumes of calls, making multiple calls at the same time or making calls to earn financial revenue or any other reward from these calls.You can't resell the Bondio Service.You must not use the Bondio Service to generate artificially inflated traffic or to persistently send automated or unsolicited text messages. Avoid sending unusually high volumes of SMS messages, sending SMS messages to an unusually large number of recipients or distribution groups or sending any automated or unsolicited SMS messages. You must not use the Bondio Service in such a way that we reasonably believe adversely impacts our network or the service to our other customers. Avoid using the Bondio Service to do anything which slows down the performance of the network, or prevents other customers from using the network as intended because of congestion caused by your usage of the Bondio Service.You must not establish, install or use a gateway device without our prior written consent (including devices tethered via cable, Bluetooth or wifi, to a computer or the internet, when used for making large volumes of calls or sending large volumes of texts). You must not use the Bondio Service fraudulently, in connection with a criminal offence, in breach of any law or statutory duty, to make a call or send a message or to take pictures or video or send, upload, download, use or re-use any material which is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing, a nuisance (including to our staff) or a hoax in breach of any rights or anyone's privacy or is otherwise unlawful. If you breach your obligations under this clause 7, Bondio may suspend your use of the Bondio Service. You will not receive any refund or rebate in respect of any period of suspension.


  6. Payment

    When you purchase any Bondio Service your credit card details will be saved. Your card details can be easily accessed on the App again to make future purchases. The fee will be deducted from your credit card as soon as you purchase any Bondio Service.Once you have used the amount of data which you purchased, the Bondio Service will stop working until more data is purchased. There is no automatic top-up of data; you will need to purchase additional data on the App.We will not refund you in respect of any unused data. Except where there is a clear error, our records are conclusive as to how much you have purchased and how much you have used the services.All charges are inclusive of VAT or other applicable sales tax, unless specified otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property

You agree that you will not use Bondio’s intellectual property, including our name, service marks, trademarks or any other symbol or logo in a way which could compromise such intellectual property.

4. Customer Warranty

You warrant that all documents and information supplied to Bondio are true, authentic and correct.Where a Customer has supplied incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, Bondio has the right at its reasonable discretion to cancel the Customer’s Account and such Customer will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

5. Refunds and Compensation

A refund request can be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase if the eSIM or data is faulty. The Customer needs to co-operate with us in order to resolve the issue promptly for a refund to be granted.No refund or compensation of any kind will be issued in respect of charges from alternate phones, alternate SIM cards, alternate providers, hotel phones, or other charges that are not directly linked to the Customer's Bondio Account. 


Bondio reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our General Terms, or any fraudulent activity connected with using the Bondio Service.


In respect of any unauthorised purchases, Bondio will investigate any claim that a purchase was unauthorised No refunds will be offered in respect of unintended or accidental purchases.


If a Customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or part of it, the Customer must notify Bondio of such a dispute within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the relevant invoice, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the Customer considers due.


We may ask Customers for further information to support their refund request, e.g. screenshots of the device settings for technical issues or details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect.We will investigate all requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. If the refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum refund of credit a Customer can apply for must be equal to or less than the total amount they paid.Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method and it can take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on a statement, depending on the bank.

6. Termination and Suspension

We can suspend or terminate your Account, and/or suspend or stop providing the Bondio Service, if:


  1. we reasonably believe that you are in breach of these General Terms;

  2. the time period for your data has expired;

  3. we believe that when you have purchased (or have tried to purchase) Bondio Service, you have used a stolen or false debit or credit card, or if any debit or credit card transaction is at some time charged back to us;

  4. you do anything (or allow anything to be done) which we think may damage or affect the operation or security of the network or the Bondio Service.


If we have to suspend or terminate your eSIM service for any of the reasons outlined in these General Terms, you will lose any credit held on your Account as well as your phone number.

7. Liability

We will use reasonable endeavours to correct in a timely manner any defect in the Bondio Service, the Website or the App where we are made aware of such defect.


We will not be liable for any loss of any kind including lost profits or other consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the Bondio Service, or from any faults in the Bondio Service.


No liability shall attach to Bondio, our directors or officers, our employees, or retained consultants for loss or damage of any nature suffered as a result of:

  1. the use of the Bondio Service;

  2. or any faults in the Bondio Service;

  3. or the unavailability of any Bondio Service.


Our maximum liability in relation to the provision of the Bondio Service to you shall be limited to any sums paid by you to us.


To the fullest extent permissible by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and guarantees (whether express or implied) that may apply to the Bondio Service, the Website or the App.


We exercise all reasonable skill and care to ensure that the Website and App are free from viruses and other malware, however subject to clause 7, we accept no liability for any loss or damage resulting from a virus or other malware, a distributed denial of service attack, or other harmful material or event that may adversely affect your hardware, software, data or other material that occurs as a result of your use of our Website or App (including the downloading of any part of the Bondio Service).


We neither assume nor accept responsibility or liability arising out of any disruption or non-availability of the Bondio Service, the Website or the App resulting from external causes or anything outside of our control, including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, natural events, acts of war, or legal restrictions and censorship.


Nothing in these General Terms excludes or restricts our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for any other forms of liability which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.  For full details of consumers’ legal rights, including those relating to mobile and data services, please contact your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

8. Complaints

Any complaints should be sent by email to contact@bondio.co or lodged through the App.Complaints should include:your name and e-mail address registered with Bondio;your eSIM number;a detailed description of the problem and outline of the complaint;Bondio will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

9. Changes to the Website, the App and these general terms

We reserve the right to change the Website, the App and these General Terms at any time. You will be bound by any changes to these General Terms from the first time you use the Website or App or purchase the Bondio Service following the changes.

10. Waiver

Failure by Bondio to enforce the performance of any provision in these General Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision. Such failure shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach and shall not constitute a continuing waiver.

11. Severance

In the event that one or more of the provisions of these General Terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that / those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these General Terms. The remainder of these General Terms shall be valid and enforceable.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

If any country requires detailed personal information about you prior to providing mobile service in that country then we have to right to ask for this information before providing any Bondio Service.


We may use your personal information to:

  1. manage your account, carry out customer-care or staff training activities;monitor calls, emails or text messages that you send us;

  2. monitor the quality and security of the network and test and maintain our IT systems;

  3. contact you with marketing messages unless you object and tell us not to. These messages may include marketing from other organisations. If you do not want to receive marketing messages from us, please contact us through the App or Website;

  4. analyse your use of the Bondio services for marketing purposes, including, the calls and messages you send and receive and your location at the time these take place, as well as your browsing history and use of the App and Website;

  5. and send to the emergency services (if you make an emergency call), including your approximate location.

  3. and information about how to exercise your rights.

13. Communications from Us

We may from time to time send you important notices by email.  Such notices may relate to matters including, but not limited to, service changes, changes to these General Terms or changes to your Account.


We will never send you marketing emails of any kind without your express consent.  If you do give such consent, you may opt out at any time.  Any and all marketing emails sent by us include an unsubscribe link.  If you opt out of receiving emails from us at any time, it may take up to 15 business days for your new preferences to take effect.

14. Force Majeure

We may from time to time send you important notices by email.  Such notices may relate to matters including, but not limited to, service changes, changes to these General Terms or changes to your Account.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these General Terms shall fall within that jurisdiction.
